I’m a filmmaker and a tech person, and for over 15 years I’ve been doing both at once: telling stories, and making the technology behind them work.

I founded Motion Emotion, a small studio for music videos, audio and video production, commercials and marketing. More recently I started Pocket Stories, a channel about the people, ideas and businesses behind technology, food and the arts.

Alongside the creative work, I’m a reliability specialist and systems tester at Wingtra, the drone company in Zurich. I’ve led testing teams and flown the drones myself, and that practical side shapes how I make things, solve problems and tell stories.

At Wingtra I’m a reliability specialist and systems tester, and I own the engineering tickets. In practice, I’m the person who gets the call when a drone isn’t behaving. I fly and test them myself, so I know them from the field as well as from the logs. When a customer reports a technical problem, it lands with me and stays with me until it’s solved. I work with Customer Success, dig through flight logs, run diagnostics and keep asking “why” until the real answer shows up. It’s rarely glamorous and usually a puzzle. I enjoy it more than I probably should.
